GSCC is an independent Audit and Inspection Third Party Agency which has been concentrating on consumer items such as Auditing, Assessment and Inspection.
Technical Audit:
Capability audits offer you greater assurance that a factory is able to manufacture your product in the volume required, within the timescale necessary and at an appropriate level of quality. Based on ISO principles, Factory Quality and Capability audits determine whether the products being manufactured will be safe and reliable and if required production volume and schedules will be met. Factory audits offer early detection of problems that could result in product defects, production delays, and other issues if left uncorrected. These audits are conducted for non-regulated industries such as toy, toy premiums, textile, personal care, household chemicals, and general consumer merchandise.
Social and Ethical Audit :
As per the mechanism of social audits, GSCC helps you protect your brand by better understanding the complex dynamics of human rights, ethical performance and global sourcing. GSCC’S social and ethical audit programmes are managed by a wholly owned subsidiary of the GSCC group.
Surveillance Audits :
♣ GSCC has come up with the new service of Surveillance / Due diligence Audit to find out
the sensitive/hidden issues in the manufactories units/ sub units.
♣ The objective of the surveillance audit is to safe guard the brand image and minimize the
   business risk.

Shipment Inspection :
GSCC has been working with manufacturers, suppliers and retailers for years providing them with tailored inspection programmes designed to assess the capability of factories & minimize the risk of poor or missed shipments. GSCC’s pre-shipment and in-process inspection programs are designed to eliminate many of the uncertainties associated with global sourcing. GSCC inspection services help minimize defective products, reduce customer complaints and late shipments. Our independent inspection services protect your business interests, help you manage your risk, and ensure quality products are manufactured and delivered to their final destination at the specifications of the customer.

Our team of experienced inspectors is trained to conduct:
1. Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI)
Final Random Inspection (FRI) or Pre-Shipment Inspection is a systematic inspection of units selected at random from all batches of your order, conducted when your production is at least 80% complete. This is your final opportunity to take corrective action before your production is finished and packed; making it an effective tool to safeguard your product against costly import risks.
For all inspections, GSCC uses the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. These comprehensive criteria cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension. Inspection certificates are issued if stipulated in the letter of credit
Pre-shipment inspections are carried out on a container-by-container basis before products leave the factory; they not only serve as a vital check on product quality but also include other checks including packaging, volume of product per container and carton markings.
2. During Production Inspections (DUPRO)
DUPRO inspections are performed during the early stages of production; they act as a means of evaluating the finished product quality as it comes off the production line.
3. Loading Inspections
Loading inspections ensure that the correct container is loaded at the factory or at the port and provides up-to-the-minute information on shipping schedules.
4. In-Process Quality Checks (IPQC)
The In-process quality check provides a snapshot of the situation at a factory once production is underway. It will typically consider and report on stocks of raw materials and components, any current production problems, daily production rate and the quality of the finished product.

Inspections are carried out on a client’s products at the point of manufacture and are a cost effective way to ensure that products meet quality standards prior to shipment. Typically, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 statistical random sampling is applied, but an alternate client supplied sampling plan also are often utilized. Products are evaluated for conformance with each client's specifications and we provide valuable feedback so that you can make informed decisions
